
The
Finance Council provides parish ministry oversight and guidance
on
all matters of finance for each parish ministry.
We are also charged with identifying and implementing
financial procedures and policies set by the Diocese of San Jose
for all parish communities.

The
Finance Council also approves the St. Julie's budget each year,
establishes and
maintains a 5-year plan, and develops ongoing
accountability procedures
and policies to support the entire parish
and all its ministries.
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
This is also the dates
by which we
define the FC members years of service.
The council includes 9 members of the parish, plus representatives
from the Pastoral Council, Stewardship Committee, the Capital
Campaign
(a sub-committee of the FC and PC), St. Julie's paid staff, and
Pastor,
Fr.
Jon Pedigo.
Our members are rotated with 3 years
terms.
A person is only allowed two
full 3 year terms
before they are required to take a break. (Parish term limits)

meet monthly on the Wednesday following the 3rd Sunday
in the "work room" in the Parish Office building.
